Welcome to Tahbib Store (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products, including customized gifts, personalized products, wall art, fragrance products, décor items, corporate gifts, and related products.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, sizes, textures, fragrances, finishes, and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings, production methods, materials, or handmade/customized processes. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

2. Customized Orders

Customized and personalized products are made specifically for each customer. The customer is responsible for checking and approving all names, spellings, logos, artwork, colours, sizes, and design details before production.

Once production has started, customized orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or refunded, except where required by UAE law or where Tahbib Store has made a verified production error.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by Tahbib Store. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order where necessary, including due to pricing errors, stock issues, payment issues, suspected fraud, or legal compliance reasons.

Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

4. Pricing

Prices may change without prior notice. If a pricing or technical error occurs, Tahbib Store reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Tahbib Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, public holidays, weather, incorrect customer information, government actions, supplier delays, or events beyond our control.

The risk of loss passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the provided delivery address.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the order number or invoice number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted, subject to applicable UAE law.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. Customized, personalized, used, opened, damaged-by-customer, sale, clearance, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by UAE law or where there is a verified manufacturing defect or fulfillment error by Tahbib Store.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, correct delivery details, correct artwork, approved designs, and lawful content. Customers must not provide any logo, image, text, or design that infringes another party’s rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, designs, artwork, graphics, logos, text, branding, and product concepts belong to Tahbib Store or its licensors. No material may be copied, reproduced, modified, sold, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Tahbib Store, its owners, shareholders, directors, managers, employees, representatives, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or commercial losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of data.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Tahbib Store’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Tahbib Store, its owners, shareholders, directors, managers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or legal expenses arising from customer-provided artwork, misuse of products, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable laws.

12. Force Majeure

Tahbib Store shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, strikes, supplier failures, courier delays, customs delays, power failures, or other force majeure events.

13. Privacy

Customer personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of the UAE, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

Tahbib Store may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future orders.
